CURRENT COVID RULES
Could I ask that all clients to reschedule their appointment if any Covid 19 symptoms are present. (New and continuous cough - high temperature - loss of taste or smell.)
CLEANING
The room is being cleaned daily with an antiviral solution for your safety, and in between clients the room is being refreshed with enhanced cleaning of door handles, bathroom facilities, etc.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
All clients will be asked to complete a Covid questionnaire prior to appointment, ideally by email or if not possible, then the therapist will ask questions verbally over the telephone.
PAYMENT
All clients are asked to pay for their treatment in full prior to the appointment where at all possible. Payment links will be sent out by text, email.
Any changes to the booking date and time must be notified 48 hours prior otherwise 50 % of the treatment cost will be charged. Any cancellations or no-shows less than 24 hours will be charged in full to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding.

Please knock before entering my house, take a seat and wait in the living room until I come and collect you.
